The ACMPR program (Access to Cannabis for Medical Purpose Regulations) came into effect on August 11, 2016, allowing patients access to cannabis for medical purposes. Canadians who have been authorized to use cannabis by their health care practitioner are eligible.

Criteria:

  • I am a Canadian resident 21 years of age or older.
  • I am not pregnant or not planning on becoming pregnant.
  • I have been diagnosed with one of the conditions below by a medical professional.
  • I have a referral (link to referral page) from my primary care physician or have medical records/documentation of my current diagnosis.
